      Nicholaus S. Shultz
      (Name of Newspaper not given)

      Nicholas Shultz 87, former Tiffin Police captain died at 12:30 am today sep 5, 1958 in St.

      Francis Home. He had been cared for there since August 4, Prior to that he had lived at 46 W. Perry street.
      Mr Shultz was a member of the police department here 40 years ago and held the rank of captain when he left the department in the early 1920's.

      Born at Hopewell Center June 1, 1871 MrShultz was a son of Peter and Regina (Mann) Shultz. He was married twice, first on jun 2, 1896 to Anna Kuhn who died Aug 14, 1910.

      His second marriage was on Feb8, 1922 to Catherine McKelvey who died in November 1957.

      Surviving are three daughters, Mrs Irene Herig, Mrs charles Mcclead, and Miss Hilda Shultz all of Tiffin; a son Eugene of Miami, Fla...are deceased. Mr Shultz was a member of St. Josesph's church and ...burial in parish cemetery.
