I Am interested in researching all the descendants of the WAGNER immigrants into Seneca and Wyandot Counties and surrounding areas of Ohio. I'm interested only in the emigrants from the Luxembourg Province, Belgium and Country of Luxembourg. First to come in Aug. 1833 on the ship Cyrus; were Michael WAGNER and wife Cath. NIEDERKOWN and children Catherine, Jean,Catherine, Michael, Charles, Susannah, Marga, Theresia twin, Theresa twin, Maria twin, Johanna. On the same ship was Michael's brother John (Jean)WAGNER and wife Marie Cath. BELOIGI and children: Peter, Marguerite, John, Catherine, Maria. Michael and John settled in Big Springs Twp. Seneca Co. OH.

Two nephews of Michael and John came to Seneca Co later. Peter WAGNER married Barbara ETGEN in 1838, she died in 1855. Peter's second wife was Margaret LUCIUS. They later moved to Jay County IN. Peter's brother Jean (John) Nicolaus WAGNER and wife Catherine TOURBANG, with 2 sons Lewis and John, came in 1861. My grandfather is this John the son of John Nicolaus WAGNER and Catharine TOURBANG. I have much of the research completed from Belgium. I am willing to trade information.
