    • NOTE:

      The Kortokrax name was originally french, it was thought to be Cortocreaux, or something along this order. Otto Kortokrax's brother Maximillian used the french pronunciation. He was born in Varensell near Wiedenbruck. There is a tombstone in a catholic church in Verl north of Varensell that has a name spelled similar to this.
